Indian wicketkeeper batter Rishabh Pant’s preparations for the T20 World Cup 2024 are in full swing. Pant made a successful comeback to cricket in the Indian Premier League this year, following a year-long absence due to injury. The Delhi Capitals skipper has now joined the Indian camp in the United States as they prepare for the ICC mega event. With less than a week remaining for the tournament, Pant shared a glimpse of his intense training regiment at a gym in Long Island, New York on Instagram. In the video, Pant is rocking a powder blue T-shirt and a pair of red gym shorts as he performs a few exercises. “Jet lag game,” the cricketer wrote in the post’s caption.

Rishabh Pant led the Dehli Capitals in the IPL 2024, putting up impressive knocks for a chance at making the T20 tournament’s playoffs. He played 13 matches this season and scored 446 runs for his side. Pant achieved these figures at a strike rate of 155.40 and an average of 40.55. He produced his best knock against the Gujarat Titans, scoring an unbeaten 88.
