According to a report by Newsweek, this is the story of 39-year-old Dorilee Lavin, who is a resident of Vermont, America. She is the mother of three children. However, she has been divorced. She posted a video on the social media platform TikTok and talked about meeting her second husband, which changed her life.

Dorilee said that in the year 2023, she had gone to drop her son off at school. There, suddenly, she met an unknown man who had come to drop off his child. Dorilee liked that person at first sight without knowing anything about him.

Dorilee was not at all a shy person. After seeing the man, she was looking for an opportunity to make an introduction to him. But she was not getting such an opportunity. One day, a staff member at her kid’s school after-care program offered to pass along Dorilee’s number.

Within an hour, Dorilee received a text message from Sean Lavin, a divorced father of two children. He knew exactly who Dorilee was and was very interested in her. Dorilee came to know he had also noticed her in school.

With time, they became good friends. Later, they went on their first date in June 2023 and tied the knot three months later. Their wedding was attended by Dorilee’s ex-husband and Sean’s ex-wife; they both enjoyed the function as they shared a healthy relationship.

Sean proposed to Dorilee with a ring he designed himself. It features five diamonds on each side to represent the five children they now share. The centre stone is a round cut, which Dorilee says is meant to represent their “easy love.”
