Tax exemption for Chinna Jeeyar vehicle

The state government has given tax exemption to vehicle belonging to Sri Sri Chinna Jeeyar Swamy Varu Srimath Ubhaya Vedanta Acharya Peetham in Guntur district for a further period of three years from date of issue of orders, on Sunday.

The Chinna Jeeyar Swamy peetam’s vehicle got exemption subject to the condition that the vehicle would be used only for the conveyance of tribal children, fishermen and blind students studying at the peetam and other social services activities.

D Lakshmi Parthasarathy, principal secretary to government has instructed the transport officials to take further action.
