New Delhi: Nigeria's Commonwealth Games' campaign continues to get tainted with doping after a second member of the country's contingent failed dope test on Tuesday.

The Nigerian 110m hurdler Samuel Okon has tested positive for the banned stimulant methylhexaneamine, Games Federation chief Mike Fennell said on Tuesday.

Earlier on Monday, compatriot and women's 100m gold medallist Osayemi Oludamola tested positive for the same substance and was suspended pending the analysis of her B sample.

The 24-year-old Oludamola, who won the event after Australian Sally Pearson's disqualification for making a false start, was tested positive for a banned stimulant.

The Athletics Federation of Nigeria said the positive result was due to the prescription medication she took for a toothache.
