From LA to Delhi, Dharmendra comes for trust vote

New Delhi: Acting on a BJP directive, actor-turned party MP Dharmendra, who was recuperating from a knee surgery in the US, on Monday arrived here to be present in the Lok Sabha for the confidence vote.

The 72-year-old Bikaner MP, accompanied by a doctor, landed at the Delhi airport this morning, BJP spokesperson Rajiv Pratap Rudy said.

"He may not be participating in the debate but will surely vote against the Government," Rudy said.

He said the actor was under "adequate care" of the doctor during the journey from Los Angeles.
