Popular Youtuber Shanmukh Jaswanth, who has also acted in a few films and web shows, is all set to make his debut as the male lead in an upcoming romantic film. The film was officially launched on the day of Dussehra.

The launch ceremony was attended by many prominent personalities of the film. While Dil Raju gave the Muhurtham clapper, Vishwak Sen handed over the bound script to debutant director Vissa Bhimashankar. The film, which is yet to be titled, is being produced by Bekkem Venugopal, Anil Kumar Ravada and Bhargav Manne under the banners of Lucky Media and AB Cinemas.
On the occasion, the makers also informed us that they would start shooting in November. More details about the lead cast and crew are yet to be announced.
Shanmukh Jaswanth, who has acted in web shows like Surya and Software DevLOVEper, will soon be seen in another series titled Leela Vinodham. The series was announced on the eve of Valentine’s Day 2024 and caught the attention of many. The makers decided to go for a direct OTT release on October 3, 2024, but backed out at the last minute. Later, ETV Win announced that Leela Vinodam would hit the theatres on October 31, 2024. But it looks like the date has been changed once again. Now, ETV Win has announced that the series will premiere on November 8, 2024.
Shanmukh Jaswanth rose to fame with his role in the short film Viva, directed by Sabarish Kandregula and his brother. The film also brought fame to actor Harsha Chemudu. Additionally, Shanmukh was romantically involved with YouTuber and actor Deepthi Sunaina, collaborating on several music videos. However, their relationship ended after Shanmukh Jaswanth participated in the fifth season of Bigg Boss Telugu in 2021, where he emerged as the runner-up. Subsequently, in 2022, he starred as the lead in the Aha web series Agent Anand Santhosh.
