SRK Beats Rajinikanth, Prabhas, Salman, Akshay to Become Highest-Paid Actor of 2024; Here's His Fees

Shah Rukh Khan has emerged as the highest-paid actor of 2024, as per a new report. The Bollywood superstar, who delivered three hits in 2023, has beaten Bollywood stars such Aamir Khan, Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar along with South Indian stars like Rajinikanth, Prabhas, Thalapathy Vijay and Allu Arjun for the prestigious spot on the list. Amitabh Bachchan wasn’t listed in the top 10 highest-paid actors of 2024.

In a list compiled by Forbes with data compiled from IMDB, SRK reportedly charges Rs Rs 150 crores to Rs 250 crores per film. Shah Rukh is followed by Tamil superstar Rajinikanth. He allegedly charges between Rs 150 crores and Rs 210 crores. Thalapathy Vijay takes the third spot. He is said to charge Rs Rs 130 crores to Rs 200 crores per project.

Vijay is followed by Prabhas, who allegedly charges about Rs 100 crores to Rs 200 crores. The top 5 spot is rounded off by Aamir Khan. He is believed to charge Rs 100 crores to Rs 175 crores per film. Salman Khan on the 6th spot, who reportedly asks anything between Rs 100 crores to Rs 150 crores; Kamal Haasan stood at 7th, who is said to charge between Rs 100 crores to Rs 150 crores; and Allu Arjun on 8th with a fee of Rs 100 crores to Rs 125 crores.

Bollywood’s Akshay Kumar and Ajith Kumar round off the Top 10 list. While Akshay is believed to charge anything between Rs 60 crores and Rs 145 crores, Ajith allegedly demands Rs 105 crores. News18 couldn’t verify these figures at the time of publishing.

A Business Insider report also claimed that Shah Rukh Khan’s net worth is approximately Rs. 6300 crores. Meanwhile, Aamir’s net worth is allegedly Rs 1862 crores. Salman’s net worth is claimed to be an approximate of Rs 2900 crores. Akshay’s alleged net worth is approximately Rs 2500 crores.

In the South, Rajinikanth’s approximate net worth is Rs. 430 crores. Vijay’s approximate net worth is said to be Rs. 474 crores whereas Prabhas’ net worth is said to be Rs 348.55 crores.

All the stars on the list have several big budget films in the making. For example, Shah Rukh is said to be starring in Sujoy Ghosh’s King whereas Rajinikanth has two big films in the pipeline — Coolie and Vettaiyan. Prabhas is all set to woo audiences again with Kalki 2898 AD this month.
