The highly anticipated heist comedy Crew, starring Tabu, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kriti Sanon, hit theaters on March 29 and has been warmly welcomed since its debut. This Bollywood heist film, led by women, had an impressive opening, grossing Rs 10.28 crores in India on its first day, making it the highest opening-day grosser for any female-led film in India. To honour this achievement, many celebrities have been congratulating the cast and crew, including Shaheen Bhatt, sister of Ala Bhatt.
Shaheen’s Shoutout On IG Story
Shaheen shared a photo of the film’s Spotify album poster, featuring Kriti Sanon, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Tabu, displayed prominently in Times Square. The image shows the three actresses dressed as flight attendants in their uniforms.
Shaheen expressed her excitement by writing, “RE. PRE. SENT. Look what I ran into all the way across the world,” on her Instagram story, tagging the leading actresses, along with producers Rhea and Ekta Kapoor.
The film’s success has not only been limited to India but also gained global recognition, making its mark in Times Square and emerging as the biggest opening Hindi film in North America this year, as claimed by the film’s production house Balaji Motion Pictures.

Amul’s Humour-Filled Post
Additionally, brands and celebrities have been toasting the film’s success. Leading dairy brand Amul, known for its witty and humourous takes on various national and international issues, also gave a fun-filled shout-out to the film.
In an official post on their Instagram handle, Amul shared a doodled image featuring cartoon versions of Kareena Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Tabu in their air hostess uniforms, holding bread pieces. The text on the image humourously reads, “Please fasten your eat belts,” with the caption below reading, “Amul Crew Ka Cut.”

Crew, produced by Balaji Telefilms and Anil Kapoor Film & Communications Network, is directed by Rajesh A Krishnan and features cameo appearances by Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma.
