KANNUR: The Sree Narayana College, Kannur, one of the leading colleges in the district here, has been granted accreditation with the top ‘A Grade’ by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).According to K N Kamalasanan, principal of the college, the college was awarded a cumulative grade point of 3.32 on a 4 point-scale by the NAAC peer team that visited the college on November 1 and 2. The top ‘A grade’ was given to the college on the basis of the institution’s overall performance and track record in the seven major criteria of curricular, academic, research, student progression, governance, best practices and infrastructural aspects.
