Seoul: Shiv Kapur was three-under through 13 holes and moved to tied fourth at the Ballantine's Championships in Blackstone Golf Club here in Korea. He was seven-under and still has five holes to play.
Gaganjeet Bhullar was one under through 14 holes and was one-over for the tournament.
Shiv shot three birdies on the front nine and one more on the 13th. His bogey came on second.
The leaders were Miguel Angel Jimenez and Brett Rumford, who were tied at 10 under par before the bad weather suspended play.
Jimenez and overnight leader Rumford of Australia shared the lead at 10-under-par through nine holes.
Wales' Rhys Davies is in third place at eight-under-par with seven holes remaining one ahead of Kapur.
The third round was delayed two hours at the outset by the first set of storms that hit Seoul.
