RI for four in murder case

KOCHI: The Ernakulam Sessions Court on Tuesday awarded rigorous life imprisonment to four accused in the murder of Shiju of Mattancherry. The four accused are Fiza, Haris, Suneer and Shafeequq of Mattancherry.
Shiju alias Shanawas was murdered in April 2008 while travelling in an autorickshaw. There were a total of 13 accused in the case. The accused were charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), including murder and criminal conspiracy.
