NELLORE: K Dayakar Reddy, the main accused in the murder of contractor K Raghava Reddy, is related to former chief minister Bezawada Gopala Reddy.
The body of Raghava Reddy, who was kidnapped at Rapur on December 12, was found in Pedda Cheruvu of Badvel mandal in Kadapa district on Monday.Dayakar (60) married Gopala Reddy's daughter Anuradha 30 years ago. He divorced her two years after the marriage.

He reportedly got married thrice. Suchitra Reddy is his wife now.

Differences cropped up between the two when Raghava Reddy refused to part with the properties in his name. They lodged police complaints against each other in this regard.

Based on a complaint by Raghava Reddy's son Vinaykumar Reddy, the police picked up Navakota Reddy and Konda Reddy, who confessed to committing the murder.
