A couple has allegedly committed suicide in Semariya village in Khairighat area in Bahraich by hanging themselves separately, the police said on Saturday.
A couple has allegedly committed suicide in Semariya village in Khairighat area in Bahraich by hanging themselves separately, the police said on Saturday.
The incident took place on Friday when after some dispute with her husband, Manorani (26) hanged herself from a tree in the village, they said. Later, her husband Umasharan (28) also hanged himself from another tree in an orchard. The police has sent the bodies for postmortem.
