We all know about the calm before the storm. Well, the storm came first today in Texas, as the T20 World Cup warm-up match between the United States of America and Bangladesh, scheduled to happen today, was cancelled due to extreme weather conditions.
The hosts of the upcoming T20 World Cup, the USA, were scheduled to partake in a warm-up match against Bangladesh at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas today, leading up to the mega tournament set to begin on June 2.
But, due to extreme weather conditions, reportedly a tornado, the match which was scheduled to begin at 10:30 AM local time, has been left abandoned.

It is also said that the extreme weather had an effect on the venue itself, as a television screen inside the stadium is said to have been damaged due to the turbulent winds, with speeds around 80 miles per hour, that have hit the city.
