HUBLI: Owing to recent developments in the state government and the state BJP unit, Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda and his predecessor B S Yeddyurappa left for Nagpur from Hubli on Tuesday morning.Gowda was in Hubli last night due to a technical snag in a Kingfisher flight and stayed at the Circuit House. Yeddyurappa reached Hubli by a special flight on Tuesday morning and joined the CM. Both departed by the flight at 7.40 am to meet BJP national president Nitin Gadkari in Nagpur.He exuded confidence at the BJP’s prospects in the Koppal byelection. Campaigning will be done with the collective leadership of the party and there is no issue of leadership during the byelection, he clarified.
