BHUBANESWAR: The number students booked for malpractice has swelled to 155 on the second day of Council of Higher Secondary Education’s  Plus II exams. The council has intensified its monitoring of the exams by its squads. Forty-four students were booked for malpractice in the central zone. Similarly, 21 students from Baripada zone, 88 students from Sambalpur zone and two students from Berhampur zone have been booked for malpractice.  Meanwhile, there were reports of a few  candidates not being able to appear for  their first exam as they were not given  admit cards in time. Aditya Singh Manakee, a student of BJB Junior College, did not receive his admit card. The college did not issue it citing low attendance.  Aditya and his father approached the CHSE controller of examinations who directed that the admit card be issued, but it was already 3 pm and the examination was over.
