Zidane said that critical voices were 'being unfair' to Colombian attacking midfielder Rodriguez for his drop in performance and defended his commitment.
Madrid: Real Madrid head coach Zinedine Zidane has said that critical voices are 'being unfair' to Colombian attacking midfielder James Rodriguez for his drop in performance and defended his commitment every time he goes on to the football pitch.
"Yes, they are being unfair, but the players know that when you play well people say nice things about you," he said at a news conference on Friday.
Zidane said that he was upset because he wants things to go well for his player, adding that James 'is doing well, he is committed and doing things well', reports Efe.
