Fans Declare This Actor As The Best Debutant Of Bollywood; Any Guesses?

An individual’s favourite actor or actress is completely a personal choice. While some like the versatility of Ranveer Singh, others love the charm of Will Smith. Although such things often vary from one person to the other, there is no denying that every Bollywood or Hollywood star who has risen to fame once made their debut. Some made a mark with their very first project, others took time to reach the pinnacle. Walking on a similar note, an X (formerly Twitter) account dropped a post on the platform, urging users to share their favourite acting debut of a Tinsel Town star. And the one that grabbed everyone’s attention was that of Hrithik Roshan.

“Tell us your favourite acting debut,” read the X note. Among the many responses, one of the users dropped a video montage of Hrithik Roshan, indicating that their most-liked celebrity acting debut was that of the actor. The video clippings contained glimpses from Hrithik’s maiden film Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, directed by his father-producer Rakesh Roshan. Starring opposite Ameesha Patel, the 2006 romance action was a blockbuster success upon its release.

The video captured the many moods of Hrithik Roshan from Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai. In some, he was seen sporting his iconic rugged avatar for the song Ek Pal Ka Jeena. The track with Hrithik’s uber-cool dance moves was a hit back then. Other video clippings showed his nerdy side, wearing spectacles. A few displayed his adorable smile and intense expressions. The film’s much-loved song Chand Sitaare and the title track also found their place in the nostalgic video. If the visual clip determines anything, it is that Hrithik Roshan always had the potential to exceed in his career, and the signs were visible even in his debut film. The fact that he has been winning the hearts of the audience over decades now proves the same.

Reacting to the video, one user took no time to admit, “True… This will remain the best debut of Bollywood. No one can ever match his debut in Indian Cinema.” “Oh yes, and nobody recovered from his magic till date,” agreed another. “Entire country was in awe of Hrithik Roshan during those days. Best debut for any actor to date” quipped a third individual. Taking note of his upcoming film Fighter, a fourth comment read, “Truly a Fighter of Indian Cinema.”
