Micromax Selfie 2 smartphone has been launched in India at a price of Rs 9,999. Micromax has listed the smartphone on its official website and offers selfie-centric features as the USP of the device. Micromax Selfie 2 features a metallic body with volume and power keys on the left and a fingerprint sensor at the back.
The Micromax Selfie 2 sports a 5.2-inch HD display with 2.5D curved glass protection. Powered by a Quad-core MediaTek MT6737 SoC, the Selfie 2 runs the Android 7.0 Nougat OS and carries a 3GB RAM along with a 32GB internal storage (expandable up to 64GB). On the optics front, the Micromax Selfie 2 comes with an 8-megapixel Sony IM135 sensor with f/2.0 aperture in its selfie camera. A wide-angle lens helps it support Bokeh effect as well. The primary camera comes with a 13-megapixel sensor and supports features like LED Flash, auto scene detection, super pixel and more.
The Micromax Selfie 2 runs on a 3000 mAh battery and offers connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, Dual SIM, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi support. The smartphone will be available starting August 1 at a price of Rs 9,999. Micromax is also offering a 100-day replacement guarantee and a warranty period of one-year along with the smartphone. Micromax Selfie 2 will be available for sale through offline retail stores.
