SHINee Member Minho Attends Taylor Swift's Day Two Concert In Singapore

South Korean boyband SHINee member Choi Min-ho, better known as Minho, enjoys global popularity, thanks to his amazing songs. Besides making a mark in the music fraternity, he has also appeared in several movies and television shows. But despite his star status, the K-pop idol could not stop fanboying another fellow singer aka Taylor Swift. He recently attended the Singapore leg of Swift’s ongoing Eras Tour concert on March 3 and dropped a carousel of pictures on his Instagram stories, offering a glimpse of the glittery music night. In one of the snaps, he addressed the Anti-Hero singer as “Noona”, arresting the attention of fans.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Concert in Singapore kickstarted on March 2 at the National Stadium in Marina Bay Sands. Minho was busy with his own concert performance on the same day. However, he made sure not to miss Swift’s Eras Tour, marking his appearance at the Stadium on Day 2. In one of the photographs, Minho offered a sneak peek of the illuminated stage where Swift could be seen performing. “Noona” he captioned the post. In the Korean language, the word usually refers to older women. In this case, Minho rightfully called Swift Noona as she was two years older than him.

In another click, Minho quite cleverly hinted at SHINee’s hit debut song Replay, which was released in 2008. “Taylor noona neomu yeppo (Taylor, you are so pretty),” he wrote. The original lyrics of Replay read, “Noona, you’re so pretty, you make me go crazy.”

Eagle-eyed fans of the SHINee band were quick to note Minho’s witty take on incorporating Replay’s lyrics into his Instagram post and reacted to the picture on X (formerly Twitter). “MINHO: “Taylor Swift Noona”. me: —neomu yeppeo,” commented one user. “AND THERE YOU GO!! Minho heard me. Taylor noona neomu yeppeo,” noted another. “Taylor Noona. I am crying,” read a third remark.

In one selfie video, Minho was seen grooving to the beats of a Taylor Swift song. He captured the frenzied crowd, displaying their flashlights and enjoying the performance. If not anything, these photos and clips prove that Minho is a die-hard Swiftie.

Taylor Swift’s Singapore Eras Tour concert will conclude on March 9.
