New Delhi: Google has pulled out Nexus 7 tablet from its online Google Store listing, hinting towards a possible discontinuation of the popular device.
Google's 7-inch Android tablet was both affordable and handy, and its removal from the online store is aimed at bringing more attention to the search giant's newest Nexus 9 tablet.
A Talk Android report notes that Google's Nexus program has changed over the past couple of years that now puts more focus on high-end devices than extremely affordable devices.
The Nexus 7 tablet received consistent updates, however, with the latest possibility of it being taken off the lineup forever; users might be left with opting for the newest Nexus 9 that comes with a higher price tag.
Even as the tablet has been removed from the official store, you can still buy it on Flipkart, eBay, or Amazon.
