A 'selfie interview' could land you a job at this virtual startup job fair

The selfie phenomenon is extending beyond vacations and outings with friends to job interviews. Bangalore-based ePoise has developed a mobile platform that lets candidates apply for jobs and directly give interviews right from their phones.

ePoise claims that their app is the first such mobile application.

Now ePoise along with YourStory have organised a startup job fair, with over 250 companies participating. The virtual job fair is on from October 6 to October 11 featuring over a 1000 jobs that "require no travelling for the interview."

ePoise says companies such as Ola, Zomato, Limeroad, Justdial, Mobikwik, Bankbazaar, Redbus and Urban Ladder have signed up for this job fair.
