Parliament witnessed a stormy session on Thursday over the AgustaWestland VVIP chopper deal case. Congress MPs accused BJP MP Subramanian Swamy of making objectionable statements in the Upper House.
On Wednesday, there was high drama in Rajya Sabha as BJP MP Subramanian Swamy spoke on AgustaWestland case. Facing fierce attack from the BJP, Sonia was forced to break her silence and said, “I’m not afraid of anything. I have nothing to hide.”
A joint committee report on bankruptcy and insolvency code will also be filed in Parliament but legislative business is likely to be affected if the AgustaWestland storm continues.
