New Delhi: Initiating a politicians vs Team Anna debate, JD(U) President Sharad Yadav on Tuesday criticised the anti-corruption activist and his team members for using derogatory language against Members of Parliament.
"I don't have an objection to what they said about me. I request the Chair who is the custodian to request the Leader of Opposition Sushma Swaraj or Parliamentary Affairs Minister PK Bansal to ensure that institutions like Parliament or Supreme Court should not be targeted," he said.
"There is a trend going on to attack political establishment. We have faced a lot of criticism in our political life. What they (Team Anna) have done should be condemned as they fail to see the good people in Parliament. There are some people here who should not be MPs. But there are several good people," he added.
