Even though the Bharatiya Janata Party was riding high on the Narendra Modi wave, it failed to attain its 'Mission 44+'.
New Delhi: As the trends emerge for the 87 Assembly constituencies in Jammu and Kashmir, the Peoples Democratic Party is leading in the state, but requires outside support to form the government as it falls short of the magical number 44 seats.
Even though the Bharatiya Janata Party was riding high on the Narendra Modi wave, it failed to attain its 'Mission 44+'. As thought, the Congress did not fare badly and may play a crucial role in the government formation.
Jammu and Kashmir valley are voting as different states. Time to separate them and contain the Jihadi poison within the valley.
