New Delhi: The Congress candidate from Saharanpur Imran Masood was granted bail on Wednesday. Masood was booked for a hate speech against BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi. He had threatened to chop Modi into pieces.
Masood, however, claimed that the video was old and refused to apologise.
"I will apologise if Modi apologises for the Gujarat 2002 riots," he said.
