The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court has asked media not to speculate on judgement.

Lucknow: The Lucknow bench of Allahabad High Court, which is to pronounce the judgement on the Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Masjid title suit case verdict, has asked the media not to speculate about the judgement till it has the copy of the operational part of the order on September 30.

"Press/Media are requested not to speculate about the judgement until they have a copy of the issues answered by the Court and the operational part of the order," Registrar of the Lucknow bench said in a statement issued here.

He said for the assistance of the media special arrangements would be made at the collectorate by the district administration.

"A special website www.allahabadhighcourt.in/ayodhyabench.html will be made available on which the gist of the issues, the operational part of the order and the final judgement will be made avialable," the Registrar said.

The court has asked the lawyers to follow the directions of security agencies and carry with them the identity card issued by the Oudh Bar Association.

Lawyers, who have no listed matters on that date, have been requested not to come to the court.

"Only those litigants whose matters are listed on September 30 will be allowed to enter into the court premises on collecting a pass," the Registrar said adding litigants have been requested to avoid coming to the court.

Entry to the court room, where the judgement will be delivered, would be restricted only to parties to the suit and their lawyers who will be given special passes on that date.

Mobile phones would not be allowed in the court room where no staff members, except those directly connected with the court proceedings, would be allowed entry.
