OSSSC CRE III 2023 Notification Out, 2453 Vacancies Announced

The notification for the Combined Recruitment Examination 2023 has been released by the Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC). The examination will be conducted for the posts of Pharmacist and Multipurpose Health Worker (Male). All interested candidates can now apply for the Combined Recruitment Examination (III) at the commission’s official website which is osssc.gov.in. According to the schedule, registration for the OSSSC CRE III 2023 will open from December 22 until January 16 next year.

A total of 2453 vacancies are expected to be filled through this recruitment drive. Among these, there are around 1002 vacancies for Pharmacist positions and 1451 posts for Multipurpose Health Worker (Male).

OSSSC CRE III Recruitment 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Age limit: All the interested applicants must be between 21 and 38 years of age. Reserved categories, however, can make use of an upper-age relaxation that is only applicable to them.

Educational Qualification: Here are the educational qualifications required for appearing in the OSSSC CRE III Exam –

Pharmacist –

The candidate must have cleared the +2 Science Examination under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or its equivalent. They must also possess a diploma in Pharmacy/B Pharma from either a Government Medical College, a Hospital of the State, or any other private institution that has been approved by the AICTE.

Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) –

For this position, a candidate must have passed the +2 Science Examination conducted under the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha or its equivalent. They should also have a Diploma in Pharmacy from any Government Medical College and Hospital of the state or any other institution that is recognised by the Pharmacy Council of India/AICTE.
