Don't know why I'm being dragged into Radhe Maa controversy: Dolly Bindra

While a few Bollywood celebrities showed no qualms in supporting the self-styled god woman Radhe Maa, who has now been held culpable for abetting the suicide of her sister-in-law, actor Dolly Bindra has a different story to tell. Bindra, who used to attend Radhey Ma’s satsang till two years ago, has reportedly asked the cops to provide her protection as she fears someone is trying to harm her and her family. While speaking to IBNLive Movies, Dolly Bindra said she has no idea why ‘they’ are trying to harm her and tarnish her image.

“I was just a silent observer. I was watching the whole drama as it unfolded in media and didn’t utter a word against any one, still they are targeting me. They poked me unnecessarily, all to get a reaction and when they didn’t get any, they started conspiring against me,” rues Dolly. The actress, who made to headlines for her stint in popular TV show ‘Bigg Boss’ adds that she herself is very confused and can’t comprehend anything that’s happening to her.

“I don’t know what they all fear. I stopped attending her pravachans 2 years ago, but they are still dragging me into this. I am planning to issue an official statement soon. Enough is enough. I don’t know what they want but they are trying to tarnish my image.”

When asked for her reaction to the recent trend of Godmen and godwoman and how they successfully mesmerize people from all walks of life, she said, “I don’t know what is happening to our society. People are playing with our faith and we still look so helpless. Why aren’t we doing anything?”

Without mentioning any names, Dolly concluded that this is a fight for truth now and since she believes in the power of truth, she’ll unearth it and give a fitting reply to those who are threatening her.

The self-proclaimed god woman Radhe Maa became the talk of the town when her controversial pictures went viral on the social media. She has also been accused by a 32-year-old woman of instigating her in-laws to demand dowry from her.
