Prabhas Dating Someone? Kalki 2898 AD Actor Drops Cryptic Post About 'Someone Very Special'

Prabhas has left everyone confused with his latest post. On Friday, the Salaar actor took to his Instagram stories and penned down a cryptic note. Prabhas addressed his fans as “darlings” and revealed that “someone very special” is about to enter his life.

Even though Prabhas did not name anyone, his post has left netizens wondering if Prabhas is going to introduce the love of his life soon. One of the social media users also took to his X handle to ask if the actor is going to announce his wedding soon.

Interestingly, Prabhas’ cryptic post comes a year after his dating rumours with his Adipurush co-star Kriti Sanon made headlines. The rumours were fuelled by Kriti’s Bhediya co-star Varun Dhawan when he appeared on Jhalak Dikhlaa Jaa and said, “Kriti Sanon isn’t on the list because her name is written on someone else’s heart”.

However, Kriti later issued a statement and dismissed their dating rumours. “It’s neither pyaar (love), nor PR.. our Bhediya just went a little too wild on a reality show. And his fun banter led to some Howl-arious rumours,” she said while referring to Varun and then added, “Before some portal announces my wedding date – let me burst your bubble. The rumours are ABSOLUTELY baseless!”

Meanwhile, Prabhas is currently working on his upcoming movie, Kalki 2829 AD. Touted as the biggest Indian film of the year, Kalki 2829 AD is a multilingual film helmed by Nag Ashwin and produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. The magnum opus made waves after its groundbreaking debut at San Diego Comic-Con last year, earning massive global acclaim. Besides Prabhas, it will also star Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan in the lead.

Apart from Kalki 2829 AD, Prabhas also has Salaar 2 in his pipeline. The first part of the film hit theatres in December 2023 and earned over Rs 500 crore at the global box office. It was directed by Prashanth Neel and also starred Prithviraj Sukumaran, Shruti Haasan, and Jagapathi Babu. Previously, the makers of Salaar confirmed the sequel of the film when it was also revealed that it will be the story of the impact of the political scenario in Khansaar due to two of the best friends – Prabhas and Prithviraj, who will be turning the biggest enemies.
