Meadow Walker, daughter of late actor Paul Walker, has taken it on her to set the runway on fire! Aged 22, the young model recently turned heads during her fashion show stint. She debuted her international outing on Sunday while opening Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2021 show at Paris Fashion Week. As she shared the video of her big event on Instagram, she thanked her team and everyone who supported her.
At this official unveiling of the Givenchy Fall/Winter 2021 collection, she wore an oversized black blazer paired with sheer skirt and pair of chunky boots. Her all-black look also had embellishments and a chain-link choker to accessorize. She strutted proudly owning the ramp, oozing out the potential supermodel vibes.
For the unversed, Meadow kickstarted her career in modelling when she was announced as the face of Proenza Schouler’s Pre-Fall 2021 ad campaign in January this year. She walked for the label’s runway a month later. With Givenchy, she took her stint a level higher and across the boundaries.
Meanwhile, speaking of the Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2021 show, it was creative director Matthew Williams’ first fashion show. The other models who hit the runway for the French brand were Bella Hadid, Jourdan Dunn. It was indeed a star-studded affair for the director as many other gorgeous ladies lent their support by wearing the label from home. Kendall Jenner, Laura Dern, Anne Hathaway, Kim Kardashian, Kate Moss, Venus Williams were some of the celebrities who graced the show.
Earlier, supermodel Gigi Hadid broke the internet with her smashing return on the runway wearing Versace. She walked for the brand after a hiatus of 5 months, post the birth of her daughter Khai. The 25-year-old style icon wowed the viewers with her confident strut here, for the Italian label. She was accompanied by her sister, Bella Hadid.
