Elvish Yadav, Shehnaaz Gill Feature In Bigg Boss OTT 3 FIRST Promo, Makers Promise 'Jhakaas' Season

Finally, the announcement of Bigg Boss OTT season 3 is here and the reality show will be streaming from June. The makers have dropped the announcement video which featured Elvish Yadav, Shehnaaz Gill, Rubina Dilaik, and others from different seasons. The show promises to be a Jhakaas season. Well, it has been reported also this season will be hosted by Anil Kapoor and not Salman Khan. The contestants are yet to be announced.

Jio Cinema released a minute-long announcement promo on their official X account. They unveiled that Bigg Boss OTT will arrive next month in June but exact date is not announced. The promo video shows fights, arguments, and must-watch moments from the show over the years. From Elvish Yadav’s fights to Shehnaaz Gill’s ‘Sada kutta Tommy’ dialogue, everything was shown. The voiceover mentions, “Ye viral moment sab bhool jaoge! Bigg Boss OTT ka agla season dekh kar baki sab bhool jaoge. Kyuki ye season hoga khaas! Ekdum Jhakkas.”

If a recent post by the popular X handle ‘The Khabri’ is to be believed, not Salman but Anil Kapoor has been roped in to host Bigg Boss OTT 3. “#AnilKapoor to host new season of #BiggBossOTT3,” the post read. While there is no confirmation regarding Anil Kapoor replacing Salman Khan as the Bigg Boss OTT host, the news has left fans of the reality show upset. “No Bigg Boss without Salman,” one of the users wrote. “This will reduce your TRP,” added another. One of the fans also suggested that Karan Johar, who also hosted Bigg Boss OTT 1, could have been a “better option”.

Interestingly, in April this year, Bigg Boss’ production house Endemol Shine India took to its official Instagram handle to announce Bigg Boss OTT 3. They shared a poster in which Salman was seen pointing towards the audience as he also asked, “Who do you want to see in Bigg Boss OTT.” However, the post was deleted later.

Meanwhile, it should be noted that all this comes at a time when Salman Khan has also been making headlines for firing outside his Mumbai apartments. On April 14, gunshots were fired outside Khan’s Galaxy Apartments in Mumbai’s Bandra area. Later, it was reported that the Lawrence Bishnoi gang was alleged to be behind the attack. The gangster’s brother, Anmol Bishnoi, claimed responsibility for the shooting incident via a Facebook post.

A team of Mumbai police is investigating the firing case and has arrested five accused as of now. Earlier this month, one of the arrested accused, Anuj Thapan, allegedly died by suicide in Mumbai Police custody. While the police claimed that Thapan killed himself in prison, his family alleged foul play and claimed that he was killed.
