Bigg Boss Telugu fame Mehaboob Shaikh was booked by Hyderabad police for allegedly organising a rave party at a resort in the city. It is believed that the actor and content creator orchestrated his birthday party at The Continent Resort in Ankushapur, Hyderabad which was later raided by the cops. Several celebrities also attended the party. Over 11 litre of liquor was seized from the resort. The actor has appeared in various TV shows as a guest and has acted in Telugu films like Vijetha in 2018 and S5 in 2019.
The Hyderabad police seized 11.20 litre of hard liquor and 7.50 litre of beer from the resort after raiding it. Three bottles of 750 ml Ballantine’s whiskey, five bottles of vodka, one bottle of Black Label whiskey, 11 bottles of Budweiser beer and 19 bottles of Breezer were seized from the spot. The case has been registered against Mehaboob Shaikh for organising the party with a huge amount of liquor without permission. The cops are looking for the money that was used to purchase a large amount of liquor. As per the media reports, The Continent Resort manager Sudhir Kumar and one Subhan Ali have also been booked by the cops.
Mehaboob Shaikh celebrated his 32nd birthday on July 29. On the occasion, the actor arranged a party at Resort Continent as per the pictures posted by Mehaboob Shaikh on Instagram. He expressed gratitude to his fans and supporters for the birthday wishes. He was seen wearing a white pant and a red shirt. He snapped the pictures in the front of the resort Continent. He posed with his friend while fireworks were seen in the background. Most of the attendees are seen wearing red colour.

The actor and creator Mehaboob Shaikh has not responded to this controversy yet. The investigation by the Hyderabad police is still underway.
