If you are a Dua Lipa fan and follow the English singer on Instagram then you must be aware that she rarely posts a solo picture, and is fond of sharing a series of pictures altogether. Well, her fans love this habit of hers, as they get glimpses of the singer’s day in bulk. Continuing the trajectory, Dua, who is currently on her Europe tour, recently shared some epic photo dumps from her adventure. While her photo dump included glances of the Liverpool FC game, exotic wine, and food, mesmerising view, and relishing party with friends, our eyeballs were caught by a stunning mirror selfie, which flaunted Dua’s goal worthy abs.
In the selfie, which appears to be taken in her suite, Dua can be seen sporting a complete athleisure look, as she donned a white and beige printed sports bra with matching tights, which perfectly flashed her desirable abs. While clicking the selfie she has her white headphones on, along with her glasses. She chose to keep her straight tresses open. While sharing the series of pictures, she wrote in the caption, “My serotonin level is through the roof,” and ended her caption with a sunflower emoticon. Take a look at Dua Lipa’s recent photo dump here:
For those who don’t know, the singer loves to stay in shape and never skips a workout. While her physique screams fitness, Dua doesn’t only rely on an intense workout but also indulges herself in a rigorous diet. The singer prefers to keep versatility in her workout, and apart from hitting the gym, the 26-year-old is very fond of yoga. Time and again, she has even shared several snippets of herself slaying the headstand. Recently, on May 2, Dua dropped a series of posts on weekend, and in one of the videos, she can be seen acing the headstand.
Sporting the complete athleisure look in a black sports bra and tights, Dua demonstrated the headstand with ease, while flaunting impressive yoga skills. The video has been taken from behind, in which her back is facing the camera, and only recorded her upper body. Headstand is really beneficial in alleviating stress, activating the pituitary and pineal glands, and strengthening the upper body, spine, and core.
