Yeddyurappa, Shettar head to Siddaganga Mutt

TUMKUR: Outgoing chief minister B S Yeddyurappa and his family members paid a visit to Siddaganga mutt on Tuesday, and expressed their gratitude to seer Shivakumara Swamiji.Yeddyurappa's three daughters, son Vijayendra, daughters-in-law and grand children accompanied him.BSY told reporters that he would be indebted to the people of the state who had blessed him to be the chief minister and the religious heads who supported him to the hilt till his last day in office.He claimed that the state was free from drought during his tenure and the people were happy. He hoped that the party would choose a good successor as the chief minister of Karnataka.They later visited the Siddalingeshara temple at Yediyur near Kunigal.
