BANGALORE: Arrested actor Darshan's wife Vijayalakhsmi met the actor at Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Chest Diseases (RGICD), and enquired about his health on Sunday evening.
Vijayalakshmi, who was also admitted at BGS Hospital, for injuries allegedly inflicted by Darshan, came to RGICD after she was discharged from the hospital. Around 5 pm she went into the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), where the actor is being treated for asthma. The couple reportedly spoke to each other for more than 30 minutes. Vijayalakshmi left the hospital without responding to any questions from the media.

Sources said that the couple spoke to each other privately. "As soon as she entered the ICU, the couple hugged each other and broke down. According to sources signs of reconciliation were evident. "In a few minutes, they were very normal and started discussing matters deeply," sources added.

The police, who were informed about her arrival, tightened the security at the hospital, as some of the actor's fans were present. Character artists Srinivasamurthy and Ramesh Bhat also visited the actor.
