New Delhi: Proud father David Beckham uploaded a picture of Victoria asleep with Harper Seven in her arms on a social networking site on Sunday.
This is the first picture of the new baby girl in the Beckham family and was uploaded on Beckham’s fan page on the site. This is also the same site that carried the picture of a pregnant Victoria – also uploaded by David himself. Prior to that image – there were no pictures up of Victoria with the baby bump.
The caption below the story runs – ''I took this picture of my two girls sleeping.''
Beckham told the media that their daughter has been named after author Harper Lee, who is Victoria’s favourite author. He has also been very enthusiastic about the addition of another girl to the family. He told the media that girls needed to be treated delicately.
The couple welcomed the new baby on the July 11 and Beckham posted on his Facebook page - "She weighed a healthy 7 pounds 10 ounces and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister."
