'Ugly' tweet review: It has a compelling story but makes you a tad bit uncomfortable

New Delhi: Anurag Kashyap always makes his viewers think. His latest- 'Ugly' is a gritty thriller narrating a story of upmanship of two men in search of their daughter.

Featuring Ronit Roy, Tejaswini Kolhapure and Rahut Bhat, the story is of cat and mouse chase in search of a missing child. The film also features Siddhanth Kapoor and Surveen Chawla in key roles.

The film was first screened at Cannes film festival last year and was earlier scheduled to release in India in 2013.

Anurag Kashyap is known for gritty, dark films. Will 'Ugly' also take the viewer down the same lane? Will Ronit Roy deliver another stellar performance after 'Udaan'? Shomini Sen of IBNlive.com is inside the theater to find out.
