Chennai: Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth has moved the court against the makers of 'Main Hoon Rajnikanth'. Rajinikanth alleged that his name is being misused and the makers of the movie didn't seek his permission before using his name. After hearing the petition the Madras High court has granted interim stay to release the movie. Case has posted to September 22.
