A businessman alleged that Sunil's Rs 10 lakh cheque bounced.
New Delhi: A local court in Chandigarh has issued non-bailable warrants against Bollywood actor Sunil Shetty for not deposing before the court in a cheque-bounce case.
The non-bailable warrants were issued on a complaint filed by a shop owner Subash Gulati. He is a businessman in Chandigarh.
In the complaint, Gulati alleged that a cheque of Rs 10 lakh issued by Hyundai India Telecom Limited Chennai, was dishonoured by a bank due to insufficient amount. Sunil Shetty is one of the directors of the company.
