Mumbai: Actor Naseeruddin Shah's son Imaduddin Shah (20) was found lying injured on railway tracks on Thursday, police said.
Imaduddin was found on the tracks near Lower Parel station at 0850 hours (IST) with injuries on his forehead.
Imaduddin was rushed to government-run Nair Hospital immediately, police confirmed.
"We suspect that he might have fallen off a local train," a railway police official said.
Imaduddin was later shifted to the Hinduja Hospital in Mahim and kept in the intensive care unit there, police said.
A case regarding the incident has been registered in the Mumbai Central Railway Police Station.
