BANGALORE: The High Court on Friday directed the Special Lokayukta Court to consider the petition for exemption of MLA Katta Subramanya Naidu in connection with Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board (KIADB) land scam.
The court also ordered that an objection be filed on July 28 on his petition to quash the summons of the lower court. Naidu, who is on a trip to Cambodia, was supposed to appear before the Special Lokayukta court on July 19.
