BANGALORE: In connection with KIADB land scam, the Lokayukta has sought permission from the Governor to file charge-sheet against former minister Katta Subramanya Naidu.The Lokayukta police have already filed chargesheets in five cases out of seven cases registered in connection with the scam. The anti-corruption agency on Friday wrote to the Governor seeking his permission to file chargesheet against the former minister and his son Katta Jagadish Naidu.Speaking to TNIE, Lokayukta N Santosh Hegde said, “When the scam was unearthed, Katta Subramanya Naidu was serving as a minister and hence permission has been sought from the Governor,’’ Hegde said.
