Former minister H K Patil said here on Saturday that KIADB had framed certain norms on March 3, 2007, for acquiring land for industrial purposes, some of which the agency itself had violated."The KIADB has gone back on its own condition which states that land on which crops are grown twice annually cannot be acquired for any purpose, by acquiring 3,807 acres of fertile land in Gadag taluk," he said.
