Kerala team 20 gets going

THIRUVANATHAPURAM: The UDF Govt led by Oommen Chandy became fully operational on Monday with 13 new ministers taking the oath and secrecy. The allocation of portfolios to the 20 ministers has also been completed.
At the swearingin ceremony held on the Raj Bhavan premises, nine MLAs from the Congress, three from the Indian Union Muslim League(IUML) and one from Kerala Congress (Mani) took the oath of office and secrecy from Governor R S Gavai. While Adoor Prakash, A P Anil Kumar, Aryadan Muhammed, K Babu, C N Balakrishnan, P K Jayalakshmi, K C Joseph, V S Sivakumar and Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan were sworn in as ministers from the Congress, P K Abdu Rabb, V K Ibrahim Kunju and M K Muneer were sworn in as IUML representatives. P J Joseph took the oath as the second minister from the Kerala Congress(M).
