Gold Maisamma temple, located in Kothi Rampur, Karimnagar, Telangana, is flocked by devotees from around the world. It is believed that a gold Maisamma was established by three children who had a dream of their mother asking to do the same. Following the vision, a gold Maisamma temple was built here for the goddess. The unique feature of this gold Maisamma temple is that the wishes of the devotees are fulfilled once worshipped at this temple. Many have claimed that the childless couple were bestowed with children and unmarried women got married after worshipping at this temple.

A large number of devotees come from other districts to visit this goddess. Every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday, a special pooja is performed here. Along with sarees and silk robes, the devotees also offer Bonhams to the goddess Maisamma with the aspiration of fulfilling their wishes.

Due to the gold sculpture of Maisamma at this temple, the devotees offer gold items at this temple. After the wishes are fulfilled, the visitors offer gold Uyala to this goddess. Devotees put each gift in the hundi and offer it to the goddess. Mostly children and women visit this goddess, and the devotees here believe that this goddess fulfils their wishes. This temple is also managed by the management committee. The hundi income is calculated every month under the auspices of the committee.

The people of Karimanagar never fail to attend the pujas at this temple. They believe that all their sorrows and griefs will be exterminated if they worship at this temple. The priest Bharti at this temple claims that the jobless people often wish for jobs to the people. The offerings at this temple are also counted at the end of the month. The temple is open from Monday to Sunday. The temple is visited by the most during the Ashada month.
