Two men working as salespersons in a real estate firm allegedly sexually assaulted a woman all night in their car, after they spiked her cold drink and sweet. They were arrested after a rape case was registered at Miyapur police station, based on the woman’s complaint.
According to police, the woman said on June 30, she went to Miyapur to work as a saleswoman where the two men met her and, later, they picked her up in a car from a hostel and proceeded to a site in Yadagirigutta. After completion of the meeting, while returning, they stopped their car at an under-construction building and told her it had broken down, police said.
In her complaint, the woman told police that she was then offered food, which she refused, but they finally persuaded her to have a cold drink and sweet. After consuming these items, she felt dizzy, she said.
Taking advantage of the situation, the two of them stripped her, touched her body parts as well as abused and beat her up, said a release from Cyberabad Police Commissionerate. Further, one after the other they sexually assaulted her till the early morning hours of July 1 due to which she suffered severe body pain and, subsequently, dropped her at the hostel and fled, she told police in her complaint.
