Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Monday approved the setting up of a State Cooperative Micro Finance and Development Corporation (SCMFDC) for better linkages between self-help groups and banks in rural areas.
CM has provided a contributory grant of Rs 100 cr for this corporation.
Gehlot had made this announcement in the state's Budget of 2013-14 for creditability of self-help groups, an official statement said here.
