The train will run from Dibrugarh to Yesvantpur for students of the region to appear for entrance tests in Bangalore
Guwahati: North Eastern Frontier Railway will run a special train from Dibrugarh in upper Assam to Yesvantpur for students of the region and north Bengal to appear for medical and engineering entrance tests in Bangalore.
One examination special train will ply on May one, NF Railway chief public relation officer SS Hajong said on Saturday.
The rain will leave Yesvantpur on May four while the return 02509 special train will leave on May 7 and reach Dibrugarh on May 10, he said.
Every year thousands of students from the region aspiring for medical and engineering careers go to Bangalore for appearing joint entrance tests, Hajong said.
