New Delhi: Saul Bass may have also be an Oscar-winning filmmaker and designed some iconic logos for big brands, but he will be best remembered for the iconic title sequences and posters that he created for directors such as Alfred Hitchcock, Stanley Kubrick and Otto Preminger.
Bass first grabbed the audience's attention with his simple silhouette of a twisted arm in Preminger's 1955 movie The Man with the Golden Arm.
